GARETH GRAVELL'S TESTIMONIAL

BURRY PORT RFC WILL TAKE ON THE WELSH CRAWSHAYS ON SATURDAY 19TH MAY 2:30 KO.

THIS MATCH WILL BE PLAYED AS A TESTIMONIAL GAME FOR PLAYER COACH GARETH GRAVELL AS HE WILL BE RETIRING FROM PLAYING AT THE END OF THE SEASON.

THIS WILL BE A FITTING TRIBUTE TO CALL TIME ON GRAVS PLAYING DAYS AS GRAVS IS A FORMER PLAYER AND CAPTAIN AND IS ALSO A CURRENT VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CRAWSHAYS. GRAV HAS PLAYED 25 GAMES FOR THE CRAWSHAYS INCLUDING 8 SUMMER TOURS OF WHICH HE HAD THE HONOUR to BE CAPTAIN ON 6 OF THEM.

GARETH ALWAYS TALKS HIGHLY OF THE FAMOUS CRAWSHAYS AND HAS ENJOYED SOME OF HIS BEST PLAYING DAYS WITH THEM BOTH ON AND MOST DEFINATELY OFF THE FIELD. THE CRAWSHAYS ARE ALL ABOUT THE ENJOYMENT OF RUGBY AND MAKING FRIENDS ON AND OFF THE FIELD AND AS A CLUB BURRY PORT WILL GIVE THEM THE WARMEST OF WELCOMES IN WHAT PROMISES TO BE A CRACKING DAY OF RUGBY.
